There’s nothing quite like an historic Coaching Inn to convey a festive atmostphere. A charming village location, low beams, candle light and traditional decorations; the smell of mulled wine, hot platters of food and all is set.

The ideal place to meet with family and friends or colleagues from a relaxed informal lunch or an organised group celebration. Even on your own you'll linger longer in such convivial company and surroundings.

Beginning late November our Set Festive Lunches, Three Course Christmas Lunch & Special Christmas Dinners are available for groups of six or over, pre-ordered and pre-booked. Smaller groups can eat in the Brasserie Restaurant, or the Private Dining Room which caters for up to 26. Larger groups may wish to book the Fairfax Ballroom suite which has its own lounge area & bar and caters for up to 120 seated.

On New Year's Eve dinner is available through The Brasserie Restaurant and The Lounge Bar, from an intimate candlelit dinner for two to a group of family and friends who wish to dine together.

To welcome in the New Year come and join us in the Fairfax Ballroom for an evening of live music and dancing from 9pm until late. Bacon baps will be served after midnight.
