Three recipes from our head chef and pastry chef are included in a glossy new book.
Relish Wales is one in a series of publications championing the best regional culinary talent in Britain.
The Beaufort is one of a select number of places included in this book which is launched on December 12th.
The following recipes from the Beaufort are -
Breast of lamb, poached pear, paloise sauce
Gloucester old spot pork wellington, boudin noir, pomme anna, calvados reduction
Baileys brulee

In the lounge bar from 8.00pm onwards the mellow music of Mansel davies a welcome return of this popular entertainer to The Beaufort.
Our eveniong menu and specials board are available from 6.00pm in the lounge and the brasserie.

You are invited to enter the ever popular well fought for 'Raglan Masterchef' competition with the prize of the Raglan cup engraved with their name and a bottle of vintage port and of course the masterchef reputation.
Last years winner Chris Butler-Donnelly in keeping with the tradition has chosen the dish for this year ' A PICNIC PIE' it may be savoury or sweet and suitable to share.
Independent judge will oversee the event and customers may observe the proceedings after which the entries will be sold with proceeds going to charity.
A good informal evening to be enjoyed by all.
