Conference Room

We aim to please at The Beaufort and you will find that if you talk to Miguel or Diane then most requests can be accommodated.  We have a range of rooms available for private hire depending on the number of people and occasion.  The best thing to do is pop in or give us a ring and talk to us so we can tailor what we have to suit your requirements.


The Brasserie 

Situated on the ground floor at the far end of the Brasserie restaurant.  This area is perfect for small groups for private breakfasts, lunches and dinners or small business meetings. It can accommodate:

Boardroom - 20 people

Theatre - 26 people

Reception - 30 people

Room Equipment 

The Conference/Function Room

Situated on the first floor of the hotel with both external and internal access. This large room can be used for conferences, lectures, auctions and special events of all kinds and can successfully combine meetings and meal/buffet provisions. Equipment as per meeting room plus 120 inch projector screen and microphone.

Charity quizzes, Open Mic nights and meetings are regularly held in the Conference/Function Room.
